The installation is being coordinated around the build sequence.

Dedicated appliance supplies and DB planning are included from the start.

Final testing, commissioning and compliance certification will follow before handover.

Challenge

New residential work needs clean sequencing around the building programme so wiring, DB work and final fit-off happen at the right stage.

Approach

GJS is coordinating first fix wiring, circuit planning, dedicated supplies and DB installation around the construction programme, with testing and compliance to follow at handover.

Outcome

Work is progressing in line with the construction programme and will conclude with testing, commissioning and compliance certification.
