What GJS delivered

GJS Electrical completed a substantial rooftop solar installation at Bantry Hills, integrating the PV arrays with inverter equipment, DC protection and the building's main electrical distribution and metering infrastructure.

The rooftop arrays make productive use of the building's available flat-roof area.

Solar protection, inverter equipment and the existing main distribution were treated as one coordinated installation.

Challenge

Apartment solar has to serve a shared building safely while working with established distribution, metering and limited rooftop space.

Approach

GJS planned the panel layout around the available roof area and coordinated the inverter, protection and distribution work as one complete electrical system.

Outcome

A high-capacity rooftop solar installation integrated cleanly into the apartment building's electrical infrastructure.
