- Unplug all appliances from the affected circuit.
- Reset the breaker and plug in devices one by one to see which one causes the trip.
- If the breaker trips immediately, there may be a wiring issue—Give us a call
- Test another working appliance in the outlet.
- Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- If a switch feels hot to the touch, it may be faulty—turn it off and give us a call electrician.
- Turn off power at the breaker IMMEDIATELY.
- Do NOT use the outlet.
- If you see smoke or sparks, call us ASAP.
- Locate your earth leakage (RCD) switch on the DB board.
- Press the “Test” button—the power should trip.
- If it doesn’t trip, it may be faulty—call an electrician.
